How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Varsia. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
I subscribed but the app still shows the paywall
Make sure you are logged into the same Varsia account you used when subscribing, then tap Restore purchases on the paywall. If it persists, contact us at hello@gchanger.ai with your account email.
I got a new phone — is my subscription gone?
No. Your subscription is linked to your Varsia account. Install the app, log in with the same email, and your access is restored automatically.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email instructions. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam or contact us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile (top-right icon) and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@gchanger.ai.
Does Varsia place bets or handle my money?
No. Varsia is a decision-intelligence tool. We provide informational analytics only — we are not a sportsbook, we never hold funds, and we never place wagers on your behalf.
